What types of business processes can you automate?

Repetitive, routine work that follows clear steps: handling spreadsheets and invoices, reconciliations, reporting, data entry and system updates, data quality checks, email and request handling, and checking websites or applications on a schedule. If you are not sure whether a task qualifies, our free assessment will tell you.

Do I need to replace my existing software?

No. We design automations around your existing workflows and systems, and aim to work with the tools you already use where feasible.

Can you build automation inside our own IT environment?

Yes, when required. We can build and run automations within your own IT environment, which gives you greater control over your systems, infrastructure and business data.

Do you offer on-premises or self-hosted automation?

Yes. Depending on your requirements, automations can run on your own servers or infrastructure. We also offer flexible deployment options, and we agree on the right setup with you before the build starts.

How much does business automation cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of the process, the systems involved and the support you need. After we understand your requirements, we recommend a practical solution and give you a clear estimate before any work begins. There is no obligation to proceed.

How long does an automation project take?

A standard, well-defined process often reaches first production value in about 2–6 weeks. This assumes timely security and access approvals, sample data for build and testing, stable applications and an available process owner. Complex integrations, unstructured data or extra security reviews can take longer.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes. We provide support after go-live, including monitoring, fixes and improvements. The details are described on our support expectations page.

Can you work with our existing IT team?

Absolutely. We work alongside your IT and security teams for access, environments, approvals and handover, so the automation fits your standards.

Do you provide remote and in-person support?

Both. We can work remotely for convenience, and we are available to meet your team in person when it helps, for example to understand your current process or to troubleshoot.

What happens if an automation stops working?

We design error handling and recovery for each workflow. Depending on the system, this can include alerts, retries, backups, or manual intervention before processing continues. Activity logs help your team see what happened and why.

Do we own the automation after development?

Ownership of deliverables, source code and any licenses is set out in your agreement. We clarify this with you up front, so there are no surprises. See project ownership.

Can we start with one small automation?

Yes, and we recommend it. Starting with one well-chosen process proves the value quickly with low risk. We also offer one small free demo automation.

What do you need from us to get started?

Usually, we need to understand your current process, the systems involved, the expected outcome, and any relevant business rules. We may also need sample data, a process owner, and appropriate system access. We will guide you through what's needed before development begins.

Is our business data safe?

Data protection is considered throughout every project. We agree on data access, processing environments, storage, and security arrangements before development. We use only the information required for the agreed task and apply appropriate access controls and safeguards. You can find more details in our Your Data section.

Will automation replace our employees?

No. Our goal is to reduce repetitive work, not replace the people who understand your business. Automation handles routine tasks so your team can spend more time on customers, problem-solving, analysis, and important decisions. Human review can remain part of the process wherever needed.

Are there ongoing costs after implementation?

Some automations may require third-party software licenses, hosting, API usage, or subscriptions. These costs depend on the solution and are discussed with you before implementation. Any ongoing maintenance or support fees are also agreed upon in advance.

Can we change or expand an automation later?

Absolutely. Business processes change, and automations can often be updated or expanded as your needs evolve. We can help modify existing workflows, add new functionality, or connect additional systems. Any changes and associated costs will be discussed before work begins.

What happens if we stop working with RobotizeLab?

You retain ownership of your business data and, subject to the project agreement, your custom-developed deliverables and source code. We can arrange a handover of agreed documentation and access information so your team or another qualified provider can continue maintaining the solution. Any third-party software and licenses remain subject to their respective terms. See project ownership.

Do you use AI in your automations?

We use the approach that best fits your business requirements. Some processes can be automated using straightforward workflows, scripts, and system integrations, while others may benefit from AI for tasks such as document processing, information extraction, or handling unstructured data. We explain the proposed technology and any associated data considerations before implementation.
